Shipping Information
Order Fullfillment takes 5 days after your order is processed, then we will ship it to you with a tracking notificationthen So you will recieve your purchase in about 2 to 3 weeks! Usually it arrives in 2 weeks 5:00 PM (CST) as the cut-off time for daily orders. For example, if we receive payment for your orders at 11:59 PM on the 9th of the month, the fulfillment time will be calculated from the 10th. However, if the order is placed at 5:00 PM on the 10th, then the fulfillment time will be calculated from the 11th. The fulfillment process is complete when the order "pick up" appears on the tracking information. We also have a 3 to 4 day fullfilment Your shipping and handling amount will show up in theshopping cart We have two warehouses so depending on what you order you may recieve more than one package.
Standard shipping orders do not come with a delivery guarantee. For a more reliable delivery, we recommend opting for our express shipping service. With express shipping, if your order has not been delivered within 30 business days after shipment, or within 40 business days for November and December orders during peak season, you can contact our support team to request a reshipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellations Or Refunds:

You should thorougly inspect your Boots or Shoes immediately upon receipt of delivery. If there is a problem with your order you must notify us immediately Boot Steppperz has a one week refund policy on all of our Boots and Shoes . If the shoes have been worn and the soles are scuffed up we will not be able to apply any returns or refunds.
No cancellations or refunds can be accommodated once payment is made for orders . After payment, you will receive a tracking munber the tracking number will be updated, and we will incur shipping costs. Therefore please review your order throughly before confirming it to insure all your information is correct. , before proceeding with the payment.
Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item you must provide us with a photo of the item that was shiped to you Please send the photo via email along with a brief explanation. if the product differs from what you ordered, we will replace the item with no additional cost to you If there are missing items in an order please tell us the items that are missing and we will send the missing item.

All Credits and refunds, will be issued at the sole discretion of Boot Stepperz . We will investigate every case and will work to provide a resolution that satisfies you.
Sizing Issues
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our product specifications pages for customer reference.

Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
For shoes and clothing sizing disputes, Boot Stepperz will cover the product fee, but reship shipping fee should be covered by you. Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error,
Boots Stepperz will not afford any fees for this exchange. In order for a exchange to be processed, sellers must provide the following information: reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, Boot Stepperz order number.
Returned To Sender – Correct Address
If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier, Boot Stepperz will reship the package to you for free after an address verification is complete All returned to sender orders will be destroyed by the courier or Boot Stepperz will be charged for duty taxes and reshipping fees
If a package is returned to the sender by the shipping courier for the second time, Boot stepperz will reship the package to you customer for a fee of 50% from the Order Cost and will be collected through PayPal Payment Request.
Package Returned To Sender – Change Address
If a package is returned to sender due to an Address Change and would like to reship the order to the new Address, we will do it with a fee of 50% from the Order Cost.
Wrong Address
Boot Stepperz will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address.
